What is Studi Aperti?
Studi Aperti is an artist directory for the Upper Tiber Valley in Umbria, Italy. The site has two main features: a scrollable list of local artists and an interactive map showing studio locations. Whether you're a visitor exploring the region or a local looking to discover new artists nearby, Studi Aperti makes it easy to find studios, view their work, and get directions.
The Open Studio Event
We are organising an "Open Studio" (Studi Aperti) event running during June and July each year. During the event, participating artists, studios, and exhibition spaces display the event poster with a QR code linking to this website. Visitors can then find artists nearby using the map, or browse artist profiles and follow directions to their studios.
How to Add Your Listing
As an artist, you manage your own profile listing. Simply click the "+" button in the header, which takes you to a page where you can upload: - Your studio or artist name and description - Up to five images of your work or studio - A pin on the map showing your location - Links to your website and social media - Contact information (email and/or phone) - A timetable for your studio opening hours You'll also set up a 4-digit access code. Your listing will be published once it has been briefly reviewed by an admin.
How to Edit Your Listing
To modify your listing at any time, click the "Manage" link in the header. Enter your studio name or email along with your 4-digit access code, and you'll be able to update all of your listing details. Changes go live immediately.
